Return & Exchange Policy
Please contact our Customer service for return and provide return reason. To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date and make sure we received within 30 days.
- Be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
- Be returned with original tags and packaging
Please Note: Underwear and swimwear (including underwear, socks, boxer briefs, briefs, swimwear and bikini bottoms) are not accepted for refund and exchange
Footwear must be returned with the dust bag and original shoe box as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside a shipping box in order to prevent damage during shipping.
Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
Please select your country/ region post office's international shipping standard. Please provide tracking number to us.(Do not use ship for shipping method, it will over the return date)

DESTOME reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item. A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 6-8 business days of receiving your return. Return method same as your payment method. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
